Products

By placing an order through the website, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with Leightons Cattys. Please note that all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Leightons Cattys retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods. Leightons Cattys reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

By purchasing any of our products you agree that we (Leightons Cattys/Nerdy Neanderthals) will not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to any individual or property as a result of using any of the products we sell. Our catapults/slingshots and related products should only be used as intended by responsible and trained individuals, and our safety advice should be followed at all times.

By purchasing our products you are accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to have understood our dispatch and shipping terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy. You acknowledge that you are responsible for abiding by your country’s laws and regulations regarding the importation (including payment of any customs/importation taxes or fees) and the ownership of catapults/slingshots in your country.

Product Warranties

All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty of 30 days. If you have any issues with a product covered under the warranty, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue. If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because it is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our website, we will inform you of this by email and will not process your order. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us in circumstances where:

(a) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our directors, employees or agents;

(b) such loss or damage is not a foreseeable result of any such breach;

(c) any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of this contract.

Shipping

Shipping fees and delivery times will be determined based on the shipping destination and the size and weight of your order.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
